• What kind of websites and clients do you provide maintenance for?

  We provide website maintenance packages for a diverse range of websites and industries including electrical engineering, law consulting, e-commerce, pharmaceutical, non-profits and more. Our list of clients is relatively small compared to large web agencies, but this means we can provide a more focused and personalised service to our clients.

• What is the typical kind of support you provide to existing clients?

  Some clients require more from us than others, which is why we offer 4 different packages to suit different needs.

  Typically we provide:

  ongoing security updates to CMS (content management systems) like Wordpress and Drupal where clients do not have the time or knowledge to do this themselves,
  advice on how to accomplish something where a client is stuck with some issue with their CMS,
  fixing of errors that have appeared on their website,
  restoring of backups where an inadvertent mistake has caused issues on their website,
  minor changes to website design,
  posting of new content like news stories and articles etc that we receive from the client in a word document etc,
  advice on further enhancements or additional website functionality,
  assistance with posting of website content to social media, and many more.
  
  

  You should basically consider us to be your 'Webmaster' or 'Website Manager', providing advice and support for whatever task may be in hand.

• Do I have to host my website with you?

  No, if your website is already hosted elsewhere and you are happy with your hosting service then you do not need to move it to us. However we provide fast and reliable website hosting free of charge as part of every package, so we encourage clients to host with us so that we can ensure the reliability and performance of the hosting service. We can also migrate any existing website to our hosting service free of charge. If you use our hosting service you are provided with login details to your hosting control panel where you can access and download all of the files and databases in your account without having to contact us.

• What is meant by minor design changes?

  We can do unlimited tweaks and changes to website design (within reason), the main rule of thumb is that the task must not involve changes to the website layout or structure as this is much more involved than making cosmetic changes. typically this would be things like changing font sizes, colors and styling of various different elements, spacing, alignment, and other 'presentational' type changes. If you do require more advanced changes to things like layout and structure we can provide a quote for this which will be discounted by 33% of our normal hourly rate.

• There's something else I need that isn't mentioned on this page, is it possible to include it in one of your plans?

  We can usually accommodate most requirements, get in touch and let us know what you need.

• Is there a fixed period contract?

  No, you may cancel at anytime with no penalties.

• Is there any discount for multiple websites?

  Yes we can add additional websites to your plan at a discounted price, get in touch and let us know what you need.
